At Red Line Shuttle, it is our mission to assist passengers with disabilities most professionally and respectfully possible. We welcome passengers who need wheelchairs and those accompanied by service animals.
However, it is required for our customers to make a reservation with 24 hours in advance to verify availability, customers should specify when an accessible vehicle is required or if a service animal will be accompanying the customer.
